All Secure Set foam products are chemical products. For safety and quality control reasons, once shipped, they are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, please contact us immediately with photos or video evidence. Each situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine the appropriate resolution.
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
