Copying from my Facebook post on this product: Just sharing info about a wonderful product I found on line to fill voids caused by wash out under concrete. It’s called Secure Set Spray Foam. It was originally designed to quickly set fence posts but it now comes in a spray application to direct the product into long spaces. We were not trying to lift the concrete, only fill the empty space underneath so it won’t settle or crack. We injected this ten to twelve feet under our entire big patio. It is a “closed” cell foam, so not the same as spray foam insulation products which are “open” cell. It dries quickly and hardens like concrete to support lots of weight. It is only sold on line from the company for home delivery. It cost $375 but we felt it was worth every penny. We did need to buy the long plastic tubes at Home Depot that we cut into several different lengths. It comes with two pressure canisters (like propane tanks) that are connected to a nozzle that mixes the chemicals as it sprays. There are several videos on their website that show the product being used for different applications and watching them was very helpful. They also emailed several instruction videos after I placed the order. We are extremely pleased with this product and so happy I was able to find it on line. We highly recommend to anyone who has a similar issue they are trying to fix.

I used the Secure Set Spray Foam to back-fill a wash-out/critter dug-out area around the stem wall of a large garage. It was becoming quite the problem in some areas and needed the support and back-fill on one entire side of the garage. The spray foam was so easy to use and it was a very fast process. I was racing the rain that was headed our way and finished 20 minutes before the rain, but that was plenty of time for the foam to cure. It has been one year since I did this project and the foam is holding strong, and the critters have not returned. Thank you GRA Services for this wonderful easy to use product.

I used a lesser product. For that product, it was not the product I chose, and it is good I got it set to the right size corner post.

Product worked exactly as described. Very easy to apply. We have now found a new revenue stream for the business.

Used the foam to fill the void when two concrete slabs separated under an attached porch. I watched the videos and used a 10-foot PVC pipe attached to the gun. Interesting process and worked well. The foam dries very hard, and I can understand how it can support a lot of weight. Very pleased with the result.
James (verified owner) –
It has been an easy fast learning curve I was able to lift the entire concrete slab on a 3 story house with ease it had dropped 3 to 4 inches in the center and lifted up 2 inches on 4 different corners creating a hinge effect, it was 15 feet wide and 45 feet long. the hardest part was calculating the blind voids and the soil type, that was the biggest factor and surprise as it turned out being soft and spongy, requiring extra kits honestly I wish it wasn’t so expensive but I understand as the research alone on the kits and how all that would play out it would be nice though getting a break on when your purchasing over a certain amount of kits it would go a long way and greatly help the consumer, anyway back to the lift my customer was really worried that it was not going to do the trick until it did and was very impressive it brought the slab right back up to the bottom of the studs where everything pulled away and left the walls just free hanging, it only broke one drain line under the water heater but all the rest seem intact and moved with the concrete, I had to do it in intervals as you can’t return anything, so being a week apart and taking a month and a half because of shipping and my leary customer wanting to wait 3 days to see if it would continue to rise during that time and it did, I set tight stringers across the bottom of the hanging walls and took measurements documenting the movement throughout the 3 day’s it stopped lifting after 2 days twice the other times stopping at 3 bottom line fantastic product and I will always use secure set and hopefully it’s going to build my business with this new service I’m able to offer.
Thanks let me know your thoughts on lowering cost on quantity above say 5 or something to that effect.

Great stuff. Easy to use kit. Good expansion of the foam. I’ve recommended it to others already.

Cosmin G. (verified owner) –
The kit worked as intended. I just wish that it included some plugs to prejent the foam fromm shooting back out through the drilled holes.
Gary Miller (verified owner) –
This was the perfect product for filling washed out foundations under our sidewalks
Gregory W. (verified owner) –
The product worked exactly as described. I had never used this or any similar product before and I had no difficulty applying this to fill a large void under my front concrete porch. This was a very effective and affordable way to save my porch from collapsing. I would recommend this product and definitely use it again if needed.
Andrew Miller (verified owner) –
In one set (we purchased 2) We lost 1/3 of the contents in the 2nd because one side emptied to fast leaving us with slush that would not expand and firm up.
Mark (verified owner) –
Super quick on the shipping and crystal clear instructions. I injected underneath a few slabs that had been hollowed out by downspouts and squirrels. One important tip…get multiple pieces of cpvc. I needed a 5.5 foot reach. Even working quickly, you’ll likely need to swap pieces out as the foam cures inside of the extension.
Bradley (verified owner) –
Decent experience, but it is difficult to estimate how much foam is being sprayed in a void underneath a concrete slab. Also requires some warming in cooler temperatures before and during application.
Daniel Smith (verified owner) –
Worked as described with no complaints.

Was the first time using the Secure Set. Read and followed the instructions. Filling the void under a concrete pad, eroded by rain runoff went quick and easier, than expected. Definitely saved a lot of labor and backfill materials.
Got my vote for a great product.

Set was delivered on time and worked well. Everything was as promised and as described. A few notes – make sure to wear FULL personal protective equipment including overalls that cover you from head to toe. If there is any blowback from back pressure or not drilling all the way through – you are in for a rough time. Once the foam is exposed to air it hardens very quickly. It will stain clothes, glue hair and skin. I expected to not need the entire tank, but i guess it compacts the dirt real well when it starts to expand. It’s great for sealing any and all holes and gaps that you can’t see or easily get to. Make sure to buy enough nozzles. The foam dries quickly and you should change them every time you take a pause.
Craig (verified owner) –
The instructions for cold weather recommend warming up the cylinders with a heater in a box. I ended up using a heated blanket for 5-6 hours before use. Worked great. Be sure to peruse the specific-use videos for your intended application. I used a 3/8″ pex pipe to reach 60″ back into a large void. The regular instructions don’t show these use cases, but GRA has put together excellent resources to ensure your success. Use them!
Zachary B. (verified owner) –
This stuff works great, I used it as a void fill after jacking up part of my garage slab. I followed their instructions and all seemed to work just as described, we will see what the outcome of the work performed will be in the future. I plan to order more packs to be sure I have filled every void possible under my garage foundation.
Gayle P. (verified owner) –
The product is very easy to understand and use, and your videos are extremely helpful. Everything you covered, gave a very clear understanding of what I was getting and how it all worked. Bravo.
Matthew Gerbitz (verified owner) –
Again. I got almost 9 minutes per stop watch of material from my last order. I am certain I order 16 cubic foot package.
Ryan (verified owner) –
For the price, I couldn’t have done anything else to get this result! Easy to use. Works just as described. I watched all the videos. I had overdig under the sidewalk settle over the years. Jacked up a bit with 20 ton bottle jack and filled up the void. Thanks SecureSet!
Ronald R. (verified owner) –
worked great. had 5″ gap under 5″ concrete on pad entrance to garage . lifted up 1.5″. Need high pressure to work properly for lifting.
ammon (verified owner) –
Works, but you never have enough. Tanks are too small and price is a bit high to just keep buying tanks.

Excellent service, quick delivery and amazing product
Keith S. (verified owner) –
The product showed up in 2 different deliveries, which wasn’t a a big deal. I did reach out when the second delivery hadn’t showed up and the office responded right away with the delivery date. I have been using this product for the last 2 years, mud jacking my home foundation slab, and will continue until the slab is stabilized. Great product! Thank you.
Ruben H. (verified owner) –
This product did exactly what I needed it to do. My cement decking around my pool coping had areas that had dropped. I have kind of a large pool say 40×20 pool kidney shape. I say half the decking around the pool had dropped in ranges between 1.5 -3 inches. Just like I saw in the YouTube videos, really simple to apply. Drilled my holes, measure the thickness of the slab and then how deep the cavity. Connected the nozzle to the spray gun and started filling the cavities. A few times you can hear the slab moving. I saw results immediately. Very happy with the products. Will purchase again if/when needed in the future. Thank you GRA Secure Set!!
Jane C. (verified owner) –
The Secure Set spray foam was easily sprayed and worked very well under my concrete driveway. I had a 14′ void that was easily reached by a 10′ cpvc pipe but no matter what I did I could not keep the foam from coming out the opposite end of the pipe and that is the only reason I gave it a rating of 4 (really should be a 4.5). After the 2nd pipe was used, we just sprayed without the pipe. I am very pleased with the result. Also we were able to get to the void from the sides of the driveway and I did not want to put holes in the concrete.
Brent (verified owner) –
Great product! Works as expected, pretty exspensive but I will be purchasing some more.

Wow! I’m so glad I found this product! The lowest estimate to fill a few voids from animal diggings was $1,500 and up to $3,600 from other companies. The videos the company makes is really helpful! I would totally use this product again if I needed to!
Todd Ariens (verified owner) –
This shipment had no issues, the one before this one took 7 days to get to me. Not sure what the issue was.
John OBryan (verified owner) –
Really happy with the product. I liked the packaging, but wish there were smaller canisters. I likely need more but hate to drop another $500 and think I don’t need that much. But it worked very well.

We bought 3 kits of secure set for the voids under our patio. Donna was great at troubleshooting an issue we were having and excited to have been able to DIY this otherwise costly job!
Savas (verified owner) –
I purchased two sets. Applicator gun jammed up on me on my last set before I was able to empty the tanks.
Scott A. (verified owner) –
The product worked as advertised for filling voids under concrete and lifting concrete slabs. Definitely easier (and cheaper!) than hiring a concrete or mud-jacking contractor. But it can be very messy if you don’t pay close attention to details and take proper precautions. Bottom Line: I’d use it again and recommend it to anyone.
Amanda B. (verified owner) –
Our first package foamed up great but second package would foam great for a while then be more liquids for a while. Did everything the same. Not sure what was difference.

Hello Paul,
Thank you for using Secure Set Spray Foam.
We do have a 10 cu. ft. kit, which is our highest density spray foam vs. this 16.6 cu.ft. kit.
We also wish that manufacturing companies could create an even smaller size kit for small projects, but there are too many issues with them not being a shelf-stable product and they are not cost effective to have manufactured.
This particular kit you purchased will also work as a great closed-cell insulation foam, which might be a way you could use the remaining foam in the kit.
Thanks again,
GRA Services

It did raised the concrete. However, I need to raise about 1 inch more. Due to the weather drop below 80 F, we plan to wait until spring to continue if necessary.

This is the video I took for my driveway void. https://youtu.be/OU_dMBDaUng
Victor P. (verified owner) –
The whole was packaged up perfectly with everything needed to start the job. It was easy to drill through the concrete and easy to inject the foam. Unfortunately, the void was so large that the roughly 12 seconds of injection time wasn’t enough to progress past the void filling to the slab jacking. I’m happy that the void isn’t as large and will order more next year to continue the process.
Anthony S. (verified owner) –
Worked great. Only complaint is that I only needed to use about half of it and would have liked the option the buy 8 cu ft. Still have plenty of left over nozzles and will just find another use for the rest on a different project. Very satisfied with how well it worked.

It was amazing to see how this safety set could lift a concrete garage floor. I used three sets to raise the sunken floor by 2.5 inches. The professional leveling company gave me a $2,500 estimate for the job.
I could save my cost and had fun DIY work!

I tried to use a 20 foot length of 1/2 CPVC pipe to inject through a long shallow void as shown on the video. Temp was 72 degrees. The pipe clogged agter approx. 5 seconds and the gun popped off the mixer tip fitting and sprayed all over my wall. Tried again with new pipe with same result. I did not stop injecting during the process since I knew that would allow the product to set. I had also used a small stiff plastic pouch to keep the end of the pipe from clogging with soil as it was run into the horizotal void and pulled back a foot to release it before injecting.
When I used a 5 foot length of cpvc pipe it worked well.

Product worked just as expected. It was easy to use, and with all the great instructional videos they’ve put out, I felt like a pro from the very beginning. Make sure you have PPE and old clothes on cause you will get overspray on you. I was able to level a driveway slab, fill voids successfully and now I just need to order more cause the voids were of course larger than expected. Shipping is so fast though it’s not hard to order just a little at a time and chip away at the project. Highly approved and recommended.

This product is the real deal! If you’re looking to save a mountain of cash (we’re talking thousands!), this is your ticket.
A few “pro tips” from the trenches:
The Setup: The instructional videos are absolute gold—watch them, love them, follow them.
The Muscle: Don’t even try this with a basic drill. Grab a good SDS drill to save your arms and your sanity.
The Mess: It’s a bit of a grubby job, so gear up! I grabbed a face shield and gloves, and I’m glad I did.
Bottom line: It’s definitely a workout, but the results (and the savings) are totally worth it. Excellent stuff!
Ron T. (verified owner) –
Daniel P. (verified owner) –
Great product. Straightforward instructions and the videos they have on their website helped a lot. Definitely use eye protection! I had some pressurize and pop out and splatter my face. It would have been not so good if I hadn’t been wearing eye protection!

The spray foam was used to provide support underneath our fiberglass pool steps. The product worked wonderfully!
Paul M. (verified owner) –
I had a sinking concrete slab and wanted to fix it myself. I knew hiring a concrete leveling company would cost a lot of money, and I didn’t want to risk cracking the slab by buying a jack to lift it. While I’ve seen people on YouTube use the small cans of polyurethane spray from Home Depot, I knew my slab was too big for that to work.
After doing some research online, I found this heavy-duty spray foam. The tutorial videos looked very convincing, so I decided to give it a try. I purchased a 16 cu ft canister for about $500, which seemed like the right amount for my project. I also bought additional mixing nozzles just in case—and that turned out to be a great choice!
The application process was straightforward and took me about 2.5 hours from start to finish:
Prep: To prevent the already-level side of the concrete from rising, I parked my car on that section, placing my tires on a 2″x6″ board to distribute the weight evenly across the slab.
Drilling: I used a hammer drill with a 3/8″ masonry bit to drill four holes near the sinking areas, just as the instructions recommended.
Phase 1 (The Base): I sprayed the foam into each hole until it started expanding out of other holes and areas. Then, I plugged the holes with my spare nozzles and took a 10 to 15-minute break to let the foam harden.
Phase 2 (The Lift): I re-drilled right through those same holes and sprayed more foam. This second phase is what really provided the lifting power.
I am very pleased with the results—the sinking area is now completely level! The only minor downside is that the far left side of the concrete (which was already level) raised about a 1/8″. Thankfully, it’s right next to a wall, so it isn’t a tripping hazard. While I notice it because I did the work, the majority of people wouldn’t even be able to tell.
Bonus: Because I had about a third of the canister left over, I was able to tackle two other projects! First, I had a sinking concrete walkway in my front yard. I repeated the exact same two-phase process and successfully raised it back to level. Second, I had some cracking at my driveway entrance where the cars roll in. Suspecting a void underneath, I injected the very last of the foam into that area. While it didn’t raise the driveway, it filled much of the void, and I am confident it will at the very least prevent the concrete from somewhat cracking further when I drive over it.
If you’re willing to put in a little DIY effort, this is a highly effective way to level your concrete and save a lot of money. Highly recommended!
PS. Seriously wear proper PPE and dirty clothes for this project! My clothes got so dirty from the foam that I threw my shirt, pants, and hat away when I was done. And if you park your car over a slab, be sure to protect it with cardboard or plastic covering. I’m so glad I did!
I posted some photos and videos of my process here: https://photos.app.goo.gl/k1fN9YPo7DepNdqM9

I had a patio that sloped towards the house foundation. It needed to be lifted around 4 inches. I really feared It wouldn’t work and money wasted. Read the instructions, watched the videos and hoped for the best. I didn’t have weights to hold down the other side of the patio I didn’t want lifted. But coming up with the ideal to use buckets of water. I used buckets and even garbage pails. Then I started. It was amazing, it worked really well, slowly raising the patio until it was just right. I can not express enough how amazing it was. Saved the cost of contracting, with no guarantee, the cost of removal and repoaring and all that would need wheelbarrowing in and out due to the terrain. The adjacent retaining wall next to one side was a concern too but it went perfect. Great product!
Samuel Barton (verified owner) –
Highly Recommend! I had a fairly large section of my pool deck and porch extension that had settled fairly significantly over the past two years. I found GRA Secure Set online and figured that it was worth trying out before I spent a crazy amount of money on the concrete lifting companies out there. The product is amazing and worked just as advertised! I raised the affected portion of my pool deck approximately 2″ and it is now level again. Overall, I used 4 total sets if the 16.6 CU. FT. boxes and figure that I will need one more to complete my porch extension. Well worth the money spent! Very easy to use as shown on the instructional videos. PRO TIP: Cover up as much skin as possible (long pants, long sleeve shirt, gloves, hat, eye protection or face shield) when applying product! It will save you time during clean up.

My first time using Secure set spray foam and is do-able. I’m taking my time and go slowly, stop after injecting the foam, see/watch how its moving around before injecting more for lifting. Must put on your thinking cap. I’m repairing and lifting a double driveway 37’L x 19.2W with many different thickness’s of cement and many different sizes/deep voids under driveway. Shabby contractor work when house/driveway was built and finely needed to do something with it to save it. Wish me luck

The kit was very well thought out. After watching your video, it made it fairly easy to do. The product fills in quite well and is very tough. My only issue was the white tank ran out before the red tank did. And I wasn’t quite done. If the white tank was as filled as the red tank, I would’ve had just enough to do the job. But since it wasn’t, I came up a little short.
Jeff B. (verified owner) –
The foam worked great. I will say that on all 8 containers I purchased, the red one always had more left after the white canister was empty.
Thanks for your help.

Loved everything about this product except the price. Works well, easy to do but it is expensive.

The product worked very well and easy to use. A word of caution, after shooting foam into drilled holes, foam would shoot out and get all over. I found that after shooting foam, turn on safety and wait a minute or so before pulling gun. This seemed to prevent instant back pressure.

WOW!! Drill a few holes inject the foam and problem solved ( patch the holes of course) I am supper happy with this product. One word of advice, Cover your Hair. There is the occasional splash back with removing the tip from the hole… you do not want to get this stuff in your hair.
Colin Henry (verified owner) –
Excellent service! Read and follow all instructions.
JOSEPH F. (verified owner) –
This worked well, but a few things could use some attention.
About 1/2 of the nozzles arrived broken inside of the bag, fortunately I had enough to do the job, but packaging or something needs to be improved.
Another thing is it would have been nice to receive a little instruction on preventing overflow from sticking to other surfaces, such as bricks and concrete, from which it is very hard to remove.
Lastly I think a full face shield should be worn. Twice now when I’ve used this I’ve removed a nozzle to have it blow back at me and hit me square in the face. Thanks to the precaution wearing PPE I didn’t have to go to the Emergency Room to have it removed from my eyes.

Outstanding product – just make sure you shake it very well. Used for poly jacking my garage slab. Wasn’t able to lift the slab with foam alone, but jacking with a bottle jack and then applying foam worked wonderfully.
Larry Morrison (verified owner) –
This was a much easier process than I thought it would be. The videos are great. A video that would be helpful would be one simply going through the setup, changing tip and cleanup. Also, it says to shake well. What does that mean? A little more explanation would help. Service personnel were great help on the telephone. Thanks

We have a 10’x 11′ patio slab that had sunk 7/8″ making it slope towards the foundation. it was 11 inches thick and the secure set leveled it out to perfect. I was really glad that I wore full PPE and a full face mask because I had a spray back that coated me. All told I spent about 2.5 hours on the project and couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend this product.

GREAT PRODUCT & Phone Support This kit was well designed with effective documentation, including links to some great videos on how to use the product. I was very impressed and filled the void under my front porch in just under an hour. It took longer to evict the 3 skunks that lived there! It was quite helpful for me to also buy an inexpensive ($32) endoscope since I did not have direct line of sight to the area I was filling. Thanks so much for creating this great DIY product!

Could not have imagined the size of the void that had to of existed under one of my patio slabs where it might the hours foundation. Took the entire tank, but filled the void and raised the 18 ft slab back up to its original level with a run off grade. Worked perfectly.

Good product. Super easy to use but product does not go very far with the amount given in containers.

I had a 20 ft section of sidewalk that had settled and sloped toward my house. When it rained water went directly to my foundation. The cost of replacement was insane. I found GRA secure set, watched their youtube videos and decided to give it a shot. My foam arrived in 2 days. The entire project only took a few hours. It worked perfectly. Now water runs away from my house and I saved my sidewalk! I can’t recommend this product enough!

Filled void under a 10×12 garage slab that was already mechanically lifted into position. Was able to access from sides using extension tubes to apply. Slab is currently sitting on its own with jacks removed.

Amazing results, highly recommend with YouTube tutorials! I was quoted over $3600 to foamjack my old cracked misaligned driveway slabs, but bought this kit instead. *Perfect* results! Acetone cleans up any messes, I even was able to clean out a used nozzle to reuse! Take it nice and slow; you can redrill the same holes and add more to incrementally adjust your entire project. This kit saved me over $3000 and I will definitely be buying again if I have another project.
