GRA Secure Set Spray Foam Terms and Conditions

By clicking the “Add to Cart” button for Secure Set Spray Foam, you (“Buyer”) are confirming you have read, understand and agree to the following terms and conditions related to the purchase of this product.  If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not click the box.

GRA Services CANNOT guarantee 100% yield from our foam kit. Yields are based on ideal lab conditions. Environmental conditions such as ambient, surface and product temperature; moisture and humidity can potentially reduce the actual yield from the kit by as much as 10% to 20%.

COLD WEATHER SHIPPING

Secure Set Spray Foam is sensitive to cold temperatures.  Freezing conditions can permanently damage the product and cause failures during application.  

It is not safe to ship the product when weather patterns show below freezing temperatures in Oklahoma, transit states, and/or the destination state. 

During these conditions, we will accept your order and hold shipment until weather conditions appear safe.  

If you want us to ship the product regardless of weather conditions, you will need to email info@graservices.com to request the Cold Weather Shipping Waiver.  

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Secure Set Spray Foam kits contain two pressurized containers and DOT has designated this as a Hazardous Materials shipment. Therefore:

WHERE WE CAN AND CAN NOT SHIP

• Secure Set Spray Foam can only be shipped to addresses in the 48 contiguous / continental states in the U.S.
• We are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico
• We are not able to ship to any international destination. 

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Secure Set Spray Foam can only be shipped via ground transport – we use FedEx Ground/Home.
•  An adult must sign for delivery, FedEx will not leave this package at your address/door without an adult signature.
• Expedited delivery is not an option, please allow 2 to 7 days for transit once the product has shipped.  We will send you the FedEx tracking number and you will also receive an email from FedEx with information about the estimated delivery date.
• Order only the amount of product you need, it is not possible to return kits due to its Hazardous Material designation.
• The spray foam product must be ordered separately from other Secure Set products.  You may order multiple quantities of the spray foam product in a single order, but because of the hazardous material designation we are unable to combine other products with the spray foam product.
• If using the product when the ambient temperature is less than 65℉, be sure to read and understand the Temperature Data guide located on the Secure Set Spray Foam product page.
