Secure Set Cold Weather Shipping Waiver

Customer Acknowledgment & Release of Liability

Secure Set Spray Foam is a temperature-sensitive product. Exposure to cold or freezing temperatures for extended periods—during transit, storage, or handling—can cause permanent damage and significantly reduce product performance. Shipping during below-freezing conditions increases the risk of product failure.

Because you have chosen to proceed with shipment during a period of cold temperatures, GRA Services International requires the following waiver to be acknowledged before releasing your order.

Customer Agreement

By signing this waiver, I understand and agree to the following:

1. I acknowledge that Secure Set Spray Foam must be kept above freezing (32°F / 0°C) during shipping, storage, and use, and that current weather conditions may expose the product to temperatures that can cause permanent damage.
2. I have been informed that GRA Services International recommends delaying shipment until temperatures improve and are safe for transport.
3. I am choosing to proceed with shipment against this recommendation, and I fully accept all risks associated with cold weather exposure during shipping.
4. I accept full responsibility for any loss of product performance, reduced effectiveness, or failure that may result from cold temperature exposure.
5. I understand that all sales are final once this waiver is signed, and GRA Services International will not provide refunds, replacements, credits, or returns for any product damaged or compromised due to cold weather exposure.
6. This waiver applies only to Secure Set Spray Foam kits. I understand that Secure Set Liquid Mix & Pour products are not subject to cold weather restrictions.
